6.What could be more lost in the desert than a Penguin?  You aren't lost though, you've just found the place you are looking for.  Drop in and enjoy our shade, couches, rugs, wine, chocolate, friendly people and good times.  It's the seventh year that we've been entertaining Black Rock City with our blend of music, comedy, classes and open mic asshole theater.  Night and day there is always someone or something interesting at The Lost Penguin Cafe.

20.The Cafe has three large tents, 1 rectangular and 2 hexagonal, totaling 100 feet wide. We will have our usual courtyard between the front of our camp and the esplanade for spontaneous gatherings.  The inside of our tents are filled with rugs, couches and chairs for our guests comfort.  We have a stage and bar for entertainment.  We hang our sign out front of the large rectangular tent for easy recognition. In the back we have our LNT station to deal with the camp refuse.  We have a power and storage structure to reduce the noise of generators and to store fuel out of the sun.  We have a shower and a gray water evap fountain beside our group kitchen.  We keep the trucks and Rvs in the back as a way to help delineate the camp boundaries.  The tents are in the middle and the parking area is at the back.  Out front of the camp across the Esplanade sits the trampoline of death.
21.We greet all people with an offer to have a seat and some wine and chocolate 24/7.  Our stage has booked slots of music, comedy and an open mike.  We have themed nights for the Cafe and we have many requests each year to hold special events like wedding receptions, birthdays and as a starting, stopping point or ending location for parades.  During the day we offer classes in our tent chill space.  We run all night and provide blankets and sleeping bags to keep guests warm while they watch the world pass by on the Esplanade or take a nap.  We do spontaneous march of the penguins to random lucky camps who receive our gift of wine chocolate and penguin flirting.  The trampoline of death will return this year and is best placed right across from our camp on the esplanade so that we can make sure it is used properly when it is open.  This year we will be debuting the Lost Penguin Berg, an ice cone maker.
